Chris was AMAZING! Upon the first day of meeting Chris, he came over to chat about the sale process and came up with some outstanding marketing strategies! They almost sounded too good to be true but Chris surpassed every expectation and more! My house was on the market for under a weekend before the offers started coming in and we were in escrow with a great offer within 2 weeks. Chris made the stress of selling a home seamless!! I was moving cross county and Chris went out is his way to assist with any aspect he could. From tasks directly related to the sale of the home to every day assistance for moving such as offering boxes, physical labor, helping pack, move things, assistance with selling furniture/house hold items, etc. Lastly, the entire escrow process when smoothly. Chris walked me through each step and ensured introductions to his teammates were had in case additional assistance was needed. He (and his whole team!) truly went above and beyond and I cannot speak more highly about his professionalism or him as a person and friends!

Chris not only sold our house once but twice in a matter of two weeks to make sure we ended up pulling through to purchase our dream home. He originally sold our house but due to COVID-19 it ended up falling through on the buyer side. He got our house relisted and sold AGAIN within a week! He coached us through the process of buying our new house with multiple offers and a tight negotiation.
